If you have a product that you feel will greatly improve business and help them to exploit ICT then I am interested to learn about it. If I like it I may ask you for more information, I may blog about it – but do not be offended if I do not reply, and please do not resend your email.

- Contain as much information in the body of the email as possible and do not send any attachments – unless I request them.
- Personalise the email so that I feel you are writing to me – if I do not feel engaged then I will not read it
- Have a good website otherwise I will not feel that you’re serious about promoting ICT within business
